In partnership with @ambition.inst we`ve welcomed more than 150 committed educators, all ready to embark on their next stage of professional learning.
This year, we’re proud to be offering the full suite of NPQ programmes – and especially pleased to be re-introducing NPQEYL after its pause since 2024.

This week we kicked off our ‘Instructional Coaching Intensive` with our partners at Steplab and were delighted to welcome, for the first time at our Hub, our very own Delivery Partner Lead from Ambition Institute, Katie Mann.
It was a fantastic day of developing expertise in instructional coaching so we can continue to strengthen the support we offer colleagues across our schools, especially our brilliant Early Career Teachers.

There were plenty of discussions and sharing of ideas this week when we launched our #Teaching & Learning Inquiry Group sessions: Challenge, Feedback, Metacognition & Self-regulation and Adaptive Teaching.
Each session was met with plenty of enthusiasm with everyone pleased to have time to reflect and learn from each other.
