This week we were delighted to host our Appropriate Body Induction Tutor training for #Sandwell and #Dudley #Induction #Tutors helping to ensure Early Career Teachers receive high-quality support from day one.
Across the session, tutors explored the statutory responsibilities and there were rich discussions throughout. Feedback from participants highlighted that the training was informative with many noting that they left feeling more prepared and better equipped to guide their ECTs through the induction period.
Our facilitators, Vicki Shakespeare and Kim Whiting, were praised for their expertise, clarity, and engaging delivery style.

It`s been a busy day at the Hub conference centre today hosting the `What SENCOs need to know about the White Paper` information event this morning, where #SENCOs had the opportunity to network and explore key messages of the DfE White Paper.
Then this afternoon provided the #opportunity for our #NPQ #facilitator #network to come together and delve into key themes such as EDI and Belonging, helping to shape our work moving into the next academic year.
