It’s been fantastic welcoming our second-year Early Career Teachers back for another week of professional learning at Haybridge Teaching School Hub.
Our focus has been to embed literacy and numeracy within the curriculum, explore how effective approaches can be integrated across subjects and phases to strengthen teaching and learning.
A huge thank you to our amazing facilitators for sharing their expertise, experience and enthusiasm, and for their continued commitment to supporting our ECTs throughout their early career journey.
We’re proud to be working alongside @ambition.inst to provide high-quality professional development and support our teachers to continue growing in confidence, knowledge and impact.

Today marks day 3 of a fantastic week of Early Career Teacher Launch Conferences at Haybridge Teaching School Hub, where we are delighted to welcome around 200 new ECTs as they begin the next stage of their teaching journey.
Working in partnership with @ambition.inst, we are proud to introduce our Early Career Teacher Training Programme and look forward to supporting these talented teachers over the next two years as they develop their practice, build their confidence, and make a lasting impact on the pupils they serve.
Teaching is one of the most rewarding professions, and we are excited to walk alongside this new cohort as they grow, learn, and thrive in their careers.
