Today marks day 3 of a fantastic week of Early Career Teacher Launch Conferences at Haybridge Teaching School Hub, where we are delighted to welcome around 200 new ECTs as they begin the next stage of their teaching journey.
Working in partnership with @ambition.inst, we are proud to introduce our Early Career Teacher Training Programme and look forward to supporting these talented teachers over the next two years as they develop their practice, build their confidence, and make a lasting impact on the pupils they serve.
