Meet Our Visiting Fellows

Visiting Fellows are an integral part of the delivery of the Early Career Framework (ECF). Visiting Fellows work directly with schools, Early Career Teachers and Mentors by facilitating Ambition Institute’s Conferences, Clinics and Coaching sessions.

All the Hub’s Fellows are carefully chosen based on their own school-experience and work in the teaching profession. Once selected, all Fellows must undergo QA training with Ambition Institute in order to understand the Lead Provider’s values and aims as well as to ensure they are fully certified to facilitate all aspects of the ECF.

Upon joining the Early Career Framework with Haybridge Teaching School Hub, you school will be assigned one of our Visiting Fellows based on your geographical location and school phase. Your Fellow will become your main point of contact for any ECF-related queries or questions.
