Haybridge Teaching School Hub offers a range of Wider Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programmes to support teachers, school leaders and support staff.

We coordinate the expertise within our Hub and school partnerships to deliver training by experienced staff on researched-informed CPD.


SEND Programme for Mainstream Colleagues

Haybridge Teaching School Hub is working in partnership with The Westminster School to deliver SEND experience days to mainstream teachers across WM7. This programme consists of 3 different SEND focus areas for participants to choose from. Each of these foci consists of a one day training session followed by a half-day reflection session.

Senior Mental Health and Wellbeing

A network group aimed at bringing Senior Mental Health Leads together to share best practice and hear from leading experts within the field.

Subject Network Meetings

Working in collaboration with Sandwell and Dudley Local Authorities and Regional Trusts, the newly reformed subject networks aim to bring together Subject Leaders and provide opportunities to share best practice and receive subject-specific professional development from educational experts.

Making a Difference for Disadvantaged Pupils

Engage with the best available research evidence on teaching, learning, and school implementation to help support colleagues with the development of their Pupil Premium Strategy

MTPT Project

The MTPT Project provides support to teaching staff on maternity or paternity leave, ensuring that, when they are ready to return to teaching, they have the confidence and knowledge they need for a successful transition back into the world of work.

 
 

Early Career Framework

Teachers deserve high-quality support throughout their careers, particularly in those first years after Initial Teacher Training when the learning curve is steepest.
